RBNY 3 - 1 HAMMARBY (PRESEASON 1-1)

RBNY has won against hammarby 3-1 (0-1), here are the two line ups that RBNY used

FIRST HALF
---------Echeverry-------------Angel-----------------------
------------------------Reyna---------------------------------
Roth--------Kovalenko----Ubiparipovic---Richards
Goldthwaite --------Brunner-------------------Leitch
-----------------------Conway---------------------------
SECOND HALF
------------Laventure--------Wolyniec------------

Borman-------Stammler---Sassano-------Freeman
Palguta----------------Niziolek-------------Mendes
------------------------Cepero------------------------

First half goals came from new comer Echeverry , MVP Juan Pablo Angel and Ohio state stud defender, Brunner, As of right now JCO is trying to find how each player plays in what possition, and i see richards , and DVB did not play, my thoughts on DVB are i think he is done with the club, i believe we have better players for less money in that possition, and soon to be i believe DVB will be cut or traded and that will open up cap space and get some good quality players, but its on the presean so lets see what happends next

BEST SUPPORTERS CLUBS IN MLS 1-14 (by team) (soccer stop style)

14. Club Quake (San Jose Earthquakes).... well they have been out for a while so i cant rate them higher then any one but im sure they will be better then the bottom pool. Can wait to see the San Jose Earthquake supporters out there agin in 2008

12./13. Crew Supporters Union (Columbus Crew).... it seems like they dont even have people going to the games any more, im sad to say this but the Sons of Ben are better then you guys and they dont even have a team, its just sad you guys should step up your game

12./13. Inferno (FC Dallas).... well its just bad in dallas and at least the FO has stepped in to make some progress in the supporters section maybe in 2 years well see a good supporters club in dallas

11. Midnight Riders (New England Revolution).... well im sorry guys but standing up and saying REV-O-LU-TION clap clap clap clap clap.... but i will give you guys points for being a huge group and that gives you a good amout of points but you guys gotta step it up, theses to may of you guys to just stand and sing one song all game

10. The Front Range (Colorado Rapids).... well what can I say they are better then the rest on the bottom of the list.... they are a group of supporters that have the supporters taste but they have to show more emotion and i think they have it and they will , lets see this season

9. Rogue Cavaliers Brigade (Real Salt Lake).... what can i say these guys are funny they know how to make jokes and they know how to do it well, maybe when the new stadium opens up the group will get bigger and wait to see them

8. The Cauldron (Kansas City Wizards).... These guys maybe small but there load and fun to hear, they have lots of potential to be awsome, they just have to get bigger and if they do, they will be moving up this ladder soon

7. Chivas supporters (Chivas USA).... the supporters do it there spanish way in its fun to look and i love it, its great to hear them hopefully they will re-gear and willbe ready to party in 2008

6. La Roit Squad (LA Galaxy).... the squad just by a little string beat out the chivas supporters in my my mind they are very even but, they guys at the squad know to have more fun so in my mind they get the number 6 spot in my mind

5. Texan Army ( Houston Dynamo).... at cup finals they keep on bringing that orange fog machine and it looks great i love it, orange smoke coming out, who would ever see that but i guess the guys in houston are smart, they know how to make orange smoke, but still these guys are great to watch, the sound is good and the atmospher is also, i think theyll step it up soon, and theyll be a power house supporters club in a few years

4. Red Patch Boys (Toronto FC).... as a stadium toronto fc would be number one as a fan whole but im doing this by supporters groups by team. The red patch boys did a great job in toronto kudos to them, love listening to the stadium it reminds me when i go to poland, its a awsome soccer atmosphere. If the boys keep it up they will surely end up top one day as the best supporters group but still thier rookies and MLS and they have to work on it a little bit to reach 1-2-3, so great job guys and keep it up....

3. La Norte (DC United).... these guys have been steady for years and they show up every time, the dc supporters secction looks huge and its fun to look at and stand by, they are true veterans and know how to support there team, but this year like the patriots you cant be best forever and they arent anymore thats why there my number three, the size looks the same at RFK but i dont see the loadness like before in the past, maybe this ear theyll pick it up lets see it always fun to watch them

2. Section 8 (Chicago Fire).... it was a close race between 2 and 3 but one thing that i spoted out was the play off game in chicago vs dc.... the flares the drums and loudness made it look like a real soccer atmosphere and thats what a soccer game should look like, great work all year in section 8 cant wait to see you guys on tv again

1. Empire Supporters Club (Red Bull New York).... well if it was a if it was more then one group by team, the toronto would of had it. But i picked one from each team, and ESC showed why they are number one at the draft, not only did they light up the show, but they made John *kearny scots club* Harks and Rob *stonner* stone look like fools. At giants stadium you could hear these guys any where and thier songs are priceless like no other, and the security is no help either they dont let them do anything but they are so bad ass that they will do ass much as they can to support there team at the stadium, so for me it was a no brainer to put ESC at number 1.

ITS FINALLY DONE- CHRISTIAN GOMEZ TO COLORADO

After weeks of of rumors saying that the former MVP of MLS is going to the rapids has finally come true. I think this will help colorado's midfield a lot now the only thing that colorado has to do now use use that DP spot on a great foward and there set.... after seeing bouna in the african nations cup you can say that colorado has one of the best goalkeepers and one of the best playmakers in the league.... lets see if that translates to wins this season....

WHERE WILL CORRALES END UP????

Well the guy did sign with MLS, Houston does have his rights, and he is rumored to go to San Jose. Well on how he played last night i think houston will try to keep him, he is a solid defender, but if SJ wants to up-grade there defence, then go a head i think there denence is good enough but its always good to have depth and a good starting line up, What will SJ give up to get Corrales???? well i think a couple of supplimental draft pick and some money should do the trick, but if i was Corrales i would love to stay in houston, he will win more games and have a chance for a championship, but lets see we have a few more weeks till the MLS season lets see who does some dealing....

the golden balls circus is open again

For LA fans its good to hear that there million dollar man is healthy, LA is in training camp right now getting ready for the pan-pacific championships coming in late feb. and the asian tour which comes in early march. Man its either these guys are going to be pooped in the middle of the MLS season and not make the play-offs again, or Mr. Sexy Football is getting them in to shape. As a player its hard to play soccer all year round, it great to have that 4 months off from soccer, but then again you have AEG and and Lalas running the team, Lets see how this 2008 circus comes down, the aquisition on of the former newcastle defender Babayaro is good, but still the body can only take so much, these guys are going to become marathon runners and not soccer players, but hey Rudd is getting payed the big bucks so im guessing he knows more then alot of us....

Real Salt lakes New Home starting to look nice

Well th epicture above is what the stadium will look like in a few months but if you look at http://www.rslstadium.com/ you cans see the construction webcam and photos. You could really see how the stadium will look like just with the construction pictures. Be happy salt lake fans you guys will have the best MLS stadium untill, Red Bull Park comes, and i dont think that will be beat in a long time, Poplar Point looks like a nice stadium plan but yea lets talk real i dont think thats ever going to happen, but any who, im happy for the fans of salt lake, they mite not have the best team in MLS but they will have the best stadium for atleast one you untill Red Bull PArk comes along....

my take on the new San Jose Earthquakes

New season, new year, new team.... thats how you can desribe the San Jose Earthequakes now. but if you look at there roster you can see this line up.

Joe Cannon
Ryan Cochrane Nick Garcia Jason Hernandez James Riely
Ivan Guerrero Joe Vide Ned Grabavoy Chris Pozniak
Kei Kamara Gavin Glinton
When you look at this line-up you see a low scoring game, This team has a proven veteran in goal, a solid back line, a defencive midfield and, two fowards that can do some damage. I dont think this team will be on the bottom of the league they have a very good coach that will get them ready for the mls season, this new expantion team (not really just re-born) will not be a easy win, this team mite not have depth but looks good to be in the middle of the pack.... rumors of benny leaving derby to come to SJ, would be a plus for the earthquakes but i doubt that he will come to the MLS soon, cant wait for this team to start playing its going to be a fun MLS season this year....

Russian billionare looking for more

From a very good source- chelsea and the russian billionare are looking to invade america. the source says chelsea is looking to take over 12 top notch youth clubs in the states.
What does this mean for MLS.... well it means teams better get there butt in to gear with there youth systems before the russian billionare steals you prospects. For the kids it is great they get to practice under top notch coaches and if they are good enough, hey maybe the club will off ther kid a contract, as of right now the dev. contract in MLS is so low that people working in fast food joints are making more then them. Well if you go to Orlando to the world wide of sports complex.... its all chelsea banners.... I say MLS better kick it into gear before and the young prospects see europe as a way better option....

Tomasz Frankowski / Chicago Fire News

Polish sniper Tomasz Frankowski did pass his physical on the 3rd of feb and now is practicing with the chicago fire in florida, i think frankowski will add scoring power to chicago, grouping the polish sniper with chris rofle and blanco looks scary, the three-sum will fill seats and goals, lets see if tomasz makes the team if he does i see a many goals to come....
